Methodologies

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice, varying the treatment approach to fit each client. These include: - Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Mind Body Techniques - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Somatic Solutions - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) - Strengths based - Solutions focused I will help you "re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I hold a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation. This has allowed me to integrate current trauma research, both PTSD and developmental, into my clinical practice, employing the latest techniques including somatic approaches, elements of Internal Family Systems and mindful awareness. This program bridges advanced research on PTSD and developmental trauma with today’s most optimal clinical methods, treatments and modalities to improve outcomes and help clients heal.

Hours and Scheduling
I schedule all appointments Monday through Thursdays during the hours of 7 am and 3 pm. I have very limited appointments outside of these time parameters. I maintain a waitlist so please inquire if to see if you would be a good fit for my practice
Location
I offer both in-person and telehealth services for my clients. At times I will recommend that in-person sessions be attended. particulary at the start of therapy to assist in the creation of the therapeutic relationship. My office is located in Needham, MA near Charles River Penisula.
